I wanted to do more as you go up the mountain like a snow section but ran out of time

Nice graphic style, pleasant movement, game's not too easy (had some troubles after getting ability to dash) nor too hard. Though I still don't know what those pink things are that you pick up, since defeating all enemies is the goal and they don't really do anything. Maybe there's some hidden secret that you can find after collecting them all?
Overall, good game!
thanks for the feedback! I should have made it clear what the blocks do. they actually make you shoot more bullets per second, but its so gradual you dont notice at first
